All tickets must be purchased online in advance.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except where required by law.
This is an intense scare attraction and may not be suitable for anyone who is easily frightened.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Please read the following information carefully before purchasing tickets.
The Jail of Horror takes place inside a historic Victorian prison. The experience includes dark and low-light conditions, stairs, uneven floors and uneven surfaces.
SUITABLE FOOTWEAR IS MANDATORY
For your safety, all visitors must wear secure, flat, enclosed footwear suitable for walking in dark conditions and across uneven surfaces.
High heels, sandals, flip-flops, open-toed footwear or other footwear considered unsuitable for safely completing the experience are not permitted.
Visitors arriving in unsuitable footwear may be refused entry. Where entry is refused because the footwear requirements have not been complied with, no refund will be provided.
The person purchasing the tickets is responsible for ensuring that these Conditions of Entry are brought to the attention of everyone included in their booking.
HEALTH AND ACCESSIBILITY
The Jail of Horror contains intense scares, low lighting, STROBE LIGHTING, sudden noises and other effects associated with a live scare attraction.
The experience is not suitable for those with heart conditions, epilepsy or expectant mothers.
Due to the historic nature and layout of the building, the Jail of Horror is not wheelchair accessible.
BEHAVIOUR AND INTOXICATION POLICY
We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards aggressive, threatening, abusive or disruptive behaviour.
Visitors who appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be refused entry.
Any visitor who behaves in an aggressive, threatening, abusive or disruptive manner towards staff, performers or other visitors may be refused entry or removed from the event.
Where a visitor is refused entry or removed from the event because these Conditions of Entry have not been complied with, no refund will be provided.
All visitors must follow reasonable safety instructions given by staff throughout the experience.
